Description

Designed and developed while employed at David Riley Associates as a Graphic Designer. With many messages to communicate and products to differentiate, Golo Foods needed clarity and consistency in their packaging design. I brought order to their competing messages by developing a clear hierarchy, using imagery on each product, and converting bulky call-outs to simple icons.

I developed a consistent grid for their product line, using subtle imagery and color differences to distinguish quickly between SKUs.

With many competing messages about the features of the product—sugar free, non-gmo, dairy free, vegan— I developed a consistent hierarchy by containing these messages in clean icons. I also designed stickers for the lids that consumers can interact with when they pick up the product. These stickers feature the distinct color of each SKU, further differentiating the individual products.

The design translated seamlessly to their individual serving packages.
